摘要
分子肿瘤学的发展和对癌基因及其表达研究的深入,为肿瘤的诊断和治疗开辟了新途径。HER-2/neu原癌基因编码的HER-2蛋白在细胞信号传导中发挥了重要作用,是细胞增殖、分化和存活的重要调节因子。HER-2蛋白的过度表达与许多有害细胞特性有关,包括细胞生长、血管形成以及细胞生存能力的增强。HER-2蛋白在多种肿瘤组织中的过表达为抗肿瘤治疗提供了理想靶点,成为近年来临床医师和病理学家关注的热点。本文就HER-2/neu基因与恶性肿瘤的研究现状作一综述。
The development of molecular oncology and research of oncogene has opened up a new direction for the therapy of tumors. HER -2/neu（ the protein with the genetic code HER- 2） is an important regulating factor in eel- lular reproduction, division and survival. It plays a significant role in transmitting cellular signals. The excessive ex- pression of HER - 2 protein has a lot to do with many vital processes of maleficent cells, including cell growth, vessel formation and the increase of cell survivability. The excessive expression of HER - 2 protein in various tumor tissues has offered an ideal target for anti - tumor researches. Increasingly, it has become the focus of concentration of clini- cians and pathologists. This paper offers a synthesis of current situation in HER - 2 researches relating malignant tumors.
