摘要
目的检测EGF,EGF-R和C-erb B-2在食管癌中的表达,并探讨其相互关系。方法用免疫组化ABC法检测60例食管癌和25例正常食管组织中EGF,EGF-R及C-erb B-2的表达状况。结果 EGF主要定位于细胞膜,EGF-R和C-erb B-2蛋白则主要定位于细胞核,食管癌组织中EGF-R和C-erb B-2表达阳性率分别为58%和18%,明显高于正常对照的24%和0%(P<0.05)。统计分析示EGF-R或C-erb B-2阳性的癌组织具较高的淋巴转移率,EGF与EGF-R双阳者淋巴转移率也较高。结论食管癌中也存在EGF-R的过表达和EGF/EGF-R自分泌循环,EGF-R的高表达对肿瘤淋巴转移有促进作用,预后不良。
AIMS To detect the expression of the EGF, EGF-R and C-erbB-2 oncoprotein in esophageal cancer. METHODS Sixty patients with esophageal cacner and 25 non-cancer esophageal tissues were studied by ABC immunohistochemical method. RESULTS The positivity rates of EGF, EGF-R and C-erbB-2 were 37%, 58% and 18% in esophageal cancer tissues, but 32%, 24% and 0% on control tissue respectively. EGF mainly stained in cytoplasm, EGF-R and C-erbB-2 protein mainly stained on membrane of cell. The positivity rates of EGF-R and C-erbB-2 were significently higher in cancer than that in normal tissues (P<0.05),but there was no difference of EGF between two groups. Cancer ex_pressed with EGF-R or C-erbB-2 or both had higher lymphodemetastasis rate. CONCLUSIONS Esophageal cancer has over expression of EGF-R, C-erbB-2 and EGF-EGF-R autocrine cycle. Overexpression of EGF-R is related to high lymphode metastasis and bad progosis in patients with C-erbB-2.
