摘要
儿科患者具备自身特殊性,在护理过程中,护理人员要特别注意与患儿家属的沟通,特别是方式、方法的运用。本研究介绍了护患沟通的条件和基础,并分析了护患沟通的内容和方式。护患沟通可以有效提升护理质量,也有利于融洽医患关系。作为护理人员,要首先具备丰富的儿科学知识,掌握专业操作技能,在与患儿及家属沟通时能够选择适当的沟通方式。
