摘要
田菲教授认为,乳腺癌骨转移虽病位在骨,缠绵难愈,病机多为气血瘀滞,但治疗的关键在于扶正、解毒及调畅情志。他认为,骨转移出现时乳腺癌已属晚期,癌毒久蓄耗气伤阴,所以调摄脾胃、扶助正气是治疗过程中必不可少的环节。临床多以扶正固本、解毒通络、安神定志作为要点,配合西医常规治疗方案,以期提高患者生存质量,延长其生存期。
Professor Tian Fei holds the view that the disease is located in the bone and hard to be cured, and the pathogene- sis is mostly Qi stagnation and blood stasis. The key of treatment is invigorating healthy Qi, detoxification and regulating mental states. Recuperating spleen and stomach and supporting healthy Qi are indispensable links in the process of treatment if advanced cancer appears in bone metastasis of breast cancer. With the conventional treatment programs, the primary of TCM clinical program is invigorating healthy Qi, eliminating stasis, calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind to improve the quality of life and prolong survival period.
