摘要
半夏为常用毒性中药,麻舌特性是传统评价其毒性的重要指标之一,对其炮制火候要求"微有麻舌感"。本文分析了半夏麻舌特性的研究现状,重点对麻舌机理、评价方法和技术进行了归纳,提出评价麻舌新方法的思考,并以鸡胚尿囊绒膜-苔盼蓝吸收(CAM-TBS)试验评价半夏麻舌程度为例进行阐明。为毒性中药麻舌评价研究及新方法建立提供参考。
Rhizome Pinellia is an important poisonous traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） herb which is commonly used clinically. ＂Numbness of tongue＂ is a traditional indicator for the evaluation of Rhizome Pinellia and its decoc- tion pieces. The ＂Huo-hou＂ （or degree） of Rhizome Pinellia processing demanded ＂numb the tongue weakly＂. This paper analyzed the current study situation on numbness and its implications, which was focused on the study of its mechanism, existing evaluation methods and techniques. The thought of quantitative evaluation of this characteristic had been put forward. The evaluation on numbness characteristic of Rhizome Pinellia was conducted with hen＇s egg test-chorioallantoic membrane （HET-CAM） chorioallantoic membrane-trypan blue staining （CAM-TBS） as an exam- ple. This study would provide reference to evaluation model for the toxicity of TCM herbs.
