摘要
在国家高度重视创业型人才培养的大背景下,高校创业指导教师队伍的专业化建设具有深远的意义。为了改善这方面的情况,我们要强化教学型、研究型、实践型合一的师资队伍的综合建设,提高师资队伍的专业理论素养、创业实践能力,完善教师的管理培养制度,健全评价保障机制,同时从教师的知识结构、创业教育课程建设、教学指导模式三方面去深化创业指导专业化的内涵。
Our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovative talents. And teachers professional construction of entrepreneurial guidance in colleges and universities has far-reac- hing significance. In order to improve this aspect of the situation, we must strengthen the unity of teaching, research, practice ability of teachers, improve teachers professional theory attainment, en- trepreneurial ability, teachers management and training system, perfect the evaluation system, and at the same time we should deepen professional connotation of the teaching entrepreneurship from the teacher＇s knowledge structure, the curriculum construction and teaching modes.
