摘要
分析了海洋塑料垃圾的产生原因,从危害海洋生物、影响海洋旅游业以及干扰航行船舶安全三方面阐述了塑料垃圾对海洋的影响,并针对性地提出了控制塑料垃圾向海洋的倾倒、利用海洋塑料垃圾建立"人工小岛"、研发藻类基生物塑料、加强塑料垃圾的回收利用等有效控制措施。
This paper analyzes the causes of the marine plastic garbage. It demonstrates its impacts on the o-cean from the perspectives of jeopardizing marine species, ocean tourism, and interference with safety of ships. It proposes the effective measures about controlling the dumping of wastes into the ocean, using of marine plastic building“artificial island”, the research and development of algae-based bio-plastics, and strengthen-ing plastic recycling.
