摘要
目的探讨责任护士职业倦怠状况及其与人格特质的相关性,为有效缓解责任护士的职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用中文版M氏职业倦怠量表(MBI)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对浙江中医药大学3所三甲附属医院的95名责任护士进行调查,了解其职业倦怠状况及人格特质分布,并分析其相关性。结果责任护士倦怠检出率为86.32%,轻度、中度和高度倦怠检出率分别为35.79%、32.63%和17.89%;情绪衰竭和去人格化得分均高于杭州市护士群体常模组(P<0.01),个人成就感维度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄与去人格化呈负相关(P<0.05);职称、年龄与个人成就感呈正相关(P<0.05);有子女与情绪衰竭、去人格化呈负相关(P<0.05);身体健康与情绪衰竭呈负相关(P<0.05)。人格特质中,神经质、精神质与职业倦怠的情绪衰竭维度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论责任护士群体的职业倦怠检出率较高,其人格特征对职业倦怠有预测作用。
Objective To understand the correlation between status of occupation burnout and personality trait among responsible nurses, and to provide practical suggestion to alleviate occupation burnout of duty nurses. Methods Totally 95 responsible nurses from three Zhejiang Chinese medical university affiliated hospitals were investigated with the Chinese version Mg Burnout Inventory （MBI） and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）. The status of occupation burnout and the personality trait distribution as well as the correlation between them were analyzed. Results The occupation burnout was accounted for 86. 32% （ 82/95 ）. Low, medium and high levels of burnout were accounted for 35.79% , 32. 63% and 17. 89% respectively. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization score of occupation burnout were higher than that from the normal of Hangzhou nurses （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in the dimension of personal accomplishment between occupation burnout group and the normal. Depersonalization was negatively related to age （P 〈 0.05 ）. The professional ranks and age were positively related to personal accomplishment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Having child was negatively related to emotional exhaustion and depersonalization （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Fitness was negatively related to emotional exhaustion（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Neuroticism and psychoticism of personality trait were positively related to the dimension of occupation burnout（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The occupation burnout was common in the responsible nurses, and the personality trait could predict the occupation burnout.
