摘要
对甲氧基苯胺经过乙酰化、硝化、水解、还原、环合合成中间体2-巯基-5-甲氧基-1H-苯并咪唑;2-羟甲基-3,5-二甲基-4-甲氧基吡啶通过磺酰氯氯化不经过分离处理直接与苯并咪唑中间体合成硫醚,催化氧化法合成最终产品奥美拉唑。
4-Anisidine via acetylation, nitration, hydrolysis, reduction, cyclization synthesis of intermediate 2 - mercapto-5 - methoxy-lH-benzimidazole; 2- hydroxymethyl-3, 5 - dimethyl-4 - methoxy-pyridine via Sulfuryl chloride chlorination treatment without the direct synthesis of sulfide separation and benzimidazole intermediates, synthesis of the final product by catalytic oxidation of omeprazole.
