环境雌激素双酚A与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性研究 被引量:3

Study on the correlation between environmental estrogen bisphenol A and polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的:初步探讨双酚A与多囊卵巢综合征发病机制的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)技术测定109例多囊卵巢综合征患者及104例正常对照组患者血清中的双酚A(BPA)含量及激素水平,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:与对照组相比,PCOS组的LH、LH/FSH、T含量显著高于对照组(P<0.001),PCOS组BPA浓度为(2 874.40±78.70)ng/L,对照组BPA浓度为(1 866.53±282.71)ng/L,两组BPA浓度比较有统计学差异(P<0.001),雄激素和BPA之间有显著的相关性(r=0.38,P<0.001)。结论:在PCOS病理生理过程中BPA是可能的内分泌干扰物,雄激素和BPA之间呈正相关。 Objective: To preliminarily explore the relationship between bisphenol A and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) . Methods: EL1SA was used to detect serum bisphenol A contents and hormones levels in 109 cases with PCOS (PCOS group) and 104 cases without PCOS (control group) ; the data were analyzed statistically on software SPSS 17.0. Results: Compared with control group, the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) , LH/follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T) in PCOS group were statisti- cally significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.001 ) ; the concentrations of bisphenol A in PCOS group and control group were (2 874. 40 ±78.70) ng/L and ( 1 866. 53 ±282. 71 ) ng/L, respectively, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 001 ), there was a significant correlation between androgen and bisphenol A ( r = 0. 38, P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion : In the patho- genesis of PCOS, bisphenol A is a possible endocrine disruptor, and there is a positive correlation between androgen and bisphenol A.
