摘要
通过Aspen Plus软件,对某焦化厂提出的洗油初蒸馏塔新工艺方案进行流程模拟。模拟结果显示:随着塔顶萘油采出量的增加,C-甲基萘油中萘含量迅速下降,β-甲基萘含量先增加后下降,α-甲基萘增加;通过调整塔顶萘油采出量,可以解决C-甲基萘油中萘含量高的问题,但β-甲基萘含量会下降;增加回流量,对C-甲基萘油中各组分影响不明显。如果改变采出塔板为第12块,则β-甲基萘质量分数能保持在70%左右,α-甲基萘质量分数在18%左右。
Aspen Plus was used to simulate a new process scheme of the wash oil pre-distillation column which was proposed by a coking plant.The simulation result indicated that with the increased output of naphthalene oil distillate from the top of the column,the naphthalene content in the C-methylnaphthalene oil decreased rapidly,the β-methylnaphthalene content increased at first and then decreased,and the α-methylnaphthalene content in the C-methylnaphthalene oil increased.By regulating the output of the naphthalene oil distillate from column top,the problem of high naphthalene content in the Cmethylnaphthalene oil could be solved,but the β-methylnaphthalene content would decrease.Increasing the reflux value would not have an obvious impact on various contents in the C-methylnaphthalene oil.If No.12 tray turned to be the one for product output the mass fraction of β-methylnaphthalene content could remain to be about 70% and the mass fraction of α-methylnaphthalene could be about 18%.
