摘要
利用计算机模拟和优化手段,应用Aspen Plus模拟软件,采用严格热力学分析计算方法,建立了煤焦油分离的3个主要流程(IRH、考伯斯、吕特格式)。采用UNIQ-RK方程以表征复杂的焦油体系的汽-液平衡,通过对塔板数、进料位置、回流比和侧线采出位置对能耗和分离效果影响的灵敏度分析确定最终工艺参数。在相同的设计基础和要求下,从分离效果和能耗方面对3种分离工艺进行比较,得到最优工艺流程。模拟结果对工业过程的设计和改造具有一定的指导意义。
Coal tar is the only or main source of many important compounds such as phenol,anthracene and so on.To obtain these high value components through effective separation method is the key step for tar utilization.Three kinds of coal tar separation processes such as:France IRH technology,Kopper technology and German Rutger technology have been developed based on Aspen Plus.Firstly,UNIQ-RK model is used to calculate thermodynamic parameters.Then,several main operation parameters such as number of column tray,feed staged,products stage are optimized by sensitivity analysis method.Finally,the process optimum operation parameters are proposed,the results will be useful for the scale-up of the process and further optimization.
