摘要
为了更好地满足高温地层的钻井需求,研制了一种抗高温无黏土相钻井液,并对该体系的性能进行了评价。试验结果表明,抗高温无黏土体系从130~170~C热滚16h后,体系都具有良好的流变性、滤失性、抑制性、抗污染性、润滑性;形成的滤饼薄,裸眼完井时,通过破胶处理易于清除泥饼,岩心渗透率恢复值达到92.6%,适合于各种类型的高温高压井的水平钻井作业。
In order to better meet the demands of drilling in high temperature formation,a high-temperature resistant and clay-free drilling fluid was developed and its performance was evaluated.The experimental results show that after it is hot rolling at 130to 170℃the system has good rheology,filtration,inhibitory,anti-pollution performance and lubricity.The filter cake is very thin,it can be easily removed in open-hole completion,the recovery of core permeability reaches to 92.6%.It is suitable for various kinds of horizontal well drillings under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
