摘要
目的:研究参附注射液对失血性休克犬血流动力学的作用。方法:采用股动脉放血法建立犬失血性休克模型。造模成功后,静脉滴注相当于失血量的相应药液。测定各组造模前后、给药后5,10,20,30,60,90 min时血流动力学指标。结果:参附注射液对失血性休克犬有升高动脉血压、左室内压、左室等容期压力最大变化速率,降低心率、左室舒张末期压的作用。结论:参附注射液对失血性休克犬血流动力学有良好改善作用。
OBJECFIVE To investigate the effects of Shenfu injection on hemodynamics in hemorrhagic shock dogs. METHODS The model of hemorrhagic shock was established by bleeding of femoral artery in dogs. Then recorded the output and started infusion. One times the amount of blood loss of drug solutions which was diluted with saline was infused for other groups with relative dose, respectively. The hemodynamic parameters were observed before bleeding, after 5 rain, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, including HR, SBP, DBP, LVSP, LVEDP and dp/dtmax. RESULTS Shenfu injection could raise DBP, MAP, LVSP and dp/dtmax, but decrease HR and LVEDP. CONCLUSION Shenfu injection can improve the hemo- dynamic conditions of hemorrhagic shock dogs.
