摘要
目的观察β1受体阻滞剂倍他乐克对急性左心衰(AHF)大鼠心脏功能的影响。方法采用快速输液和大剂量戊巴比妥钠注射两种方法,分别制作大鼠急性肺水肿和AHF模型,观察β1受体阻滞剂对AHF心脏血流动力学的影响。结果β1受体阻滞剂能明显减低AHF大鼠心率和左室舒张末期压的增高,缓解左室收缩末期压、左室内压最大收缩和舒张速率的显著降低,使大鼠血流动力学参数明显改善。结论β1受体阻滞剂可以明显改善AHF大鼠的血流动力学参数,有助于AHF的治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of β1 antagonist on the cardiac function of rats with acute left heart failure. Methods Rat models with acute pulmonary edema and acute heart failure(AHF) were established by fast transfusing and injecting large dose of sodium pentobarbital respectively, the effect of β1 antagonist on the cardiac hemodynamics were observed. Results β1 antagonist inhibited the increase of heart rate and left ventricular enddiastolic pressure (LVEDP) of the rats with AHF markedly, and reduce the left ventricular end-systolic pressure (LVESP). Conclusion β1 antagonist can markedly improve cardiac hemodynamic parameters of rats with AHF.
