摘要
本文以电子与通信工程领域为例,"卓越计划"确定了全日制工程硕士的培养目标,设置了专业课程体系,给出了学位论文的要求。在"卓越计划"实施过程中,通过实行校内外双导师制,改革教学内容,教学方法和教学手段,以TRIZ理论为指导开展了系列科技创新活动,全面培养研究生工程应用能力和创新能力,提高社会就业竞争力。
Taking the field of electronics and communication en- gineering as an example, we determined the cultivation objectives of full-time engineering postgraduates based on the "excellence initiative", established a specialty curriculum system and intro- duced requirements for the dissertation. In the implementation of the "excellence initiative",through the implementation of on-cam- pus and off-campus dual tutorial system, the reform of teaching content, methods and means, and the guidance of TRIZ theory, we launched serial sci-tech innovative activities, in order to comprehensively cultivate the engineering applied and innovative ability of postgraduates and improve their competitiveness in em- ployment.
