摘要
为了提高传统农村土地调查技术的作业效率、降低人为误差、减少人员数目和经费支出,同时解决飞地问题,以高程点数据和遥感影像为基础数据,通过ArcGIS软件和SketchUP软件,运用VS.NET、ArcGIS Engine、数据库等技术,提出了农村土地调查内外业一体化系统的总体设计方案,开发实现了部分功能;最后将系统进行了实际应用,取得了良好的效果。
In order to raise work efficiency, reduce personal error,decrease workers and funds expenditure in the traditional land survey,and solve the problem of enclave,based on the elevation data and remote sensing image, this paper proposed a general design scheme for this field and indoor integration system of rural land survey and developed partial functions using the combination of ArcGIS and SketchUp, with the VS.NET, ArcGIS Engine, and database technology,and applied the system in practice with good result.
