摘要
为探讨Cd和水分复合胁迫条件下玉米幼苗叶片所受伤害及其抗氧化酶活性的响应,比较了不同浓度Cd(200mmol/L、400mmol/L、800mmol/L)和水分(PEG6000模拟,浓度分别为10%、20%、40%)复合胁迫下玉米幼苗叶片的丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)等抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,随着复合胁迫的加剧,叶片MDA含量呈上升趋势,叶片膜脂过氧化程度增大,SOD、CAT、POD活性变化呈现先升高后降低趋势。
To investigate the role of Cd and water combined stress conditions in leaves of Maize Seedlings damage and antioxidase activity, under the different concentration of Cd (200mmol/L, 400mmol/L, 800mmol/L) and water stress ( PEG6000 simulation, the concentrations of 10%, 20%, 40% ) conditions, this paper studied and compared malonaldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) effects of antioxidant enzyme activity in maize seedlings. The data showed that in the Cd and water stress condi- tions, the content of MDA increased, SOD,CAT and POD showed a trend of first increase then decrease.
