沉水植物对淡水养殖池塘底泥重金属Cu污染的修复研究 被引量:18

摘要 为了解沉水植物对养殖池塘底泥中重金属Cu的修复效果,采用室内盆栽实验方法,以苦草( Vallisneria natans )、轮叶黑藻( Hydrilla verticillata )和伊乐藻( Elodea nuttallii )三种沉水植物在底泥Cu浓度分别为28.34 mg/kg (背景值)和112.42 mg/kg (处理组)培养120 d,通过定期采集根际土壤和收割根茎叶部位测定各相关指标,研究了沉水植物对淡水养殖塘底泥重金属Cu污染的修复效果。结果显示:( 1)这3种沉水植物对Cu胁迫均具有较强的耐受性,不同植物对Cu的富集差异很大,富集能力顺序依次为苦草>轮叶黑藻>伊乐藻,且差异显著;( 2)试验结束时,Cu处理组中三种沉水植物对底泥Cu去除率依次为55.72%、48.62%和39.27%,对照组底泥中去除率分别为19.90%、21.88%和16.23%;( 3)通过进一步分析三种沉水植物SOD和POD活性及根际土壤脱氢酶活性的变化情况,表明苦草对重金属Cu胁迫具有更高的耐受适应机理。 The restoration effect of Vallisneria natans , Hydrilla verticillata and Elodea nuttallii on Cu pollution of sediment from aquaculture ponds were investigated in this study. The three submerged plants were cultured for 120 days in the sediment with Cu concentration of 28.34 mg/kg ( background value) and 112.42 mg/kg ( treatment group) respectively. The relevant indicators were determined every 30 days. Results showed that big differences in Cu contents of rhizome, stem and leaf from three submerged plants were existed. The enrichment ability was Vallisneria natans > Hydrilla verticillata > Elodea nuttallii . At the end of the experiment, the average removal rates of Cu from three submerged plants in the Cu treatments was 55.72%,48.62% and 39.27%, respectively. Meanwhile, the average removal rates in the control group was 19.90%, 21.88% and 16.23%,respectively. The SOD and POD activity of three submerged plants and the dehydrogenase activity of rhizosphere soil were measured and the results suggested that there was higher tolerance to Cu stress adaptability for Vallisneria natans .
