摘要
对雨生红球藻 3个株系 (No .3、No .712和No.797)的生长、对诱导虾青素形成的光盐因子的反应进行了比较 ,结果表明 :No.3、No.712和No.797的生长速率分别为 0 .12 8d-1,0 .137d-1和 0 .144d-1;外加盐的量较大 (4gL-1)时导致雨生红球藻细胞数的减少 ,而外加盐浓度较低 (2gL-1)时 ,细胞数的反应因株系和光照的不同而有所差异 ;盐和强光照均导致静细胞比例显著增加 ;盐的加入仅在弱光照下诱导雨生红球藻 3个株系的虾青素累积 ,在强光照下却导致3个株系虾青素含量的下降 ,强光照下不外加盐时No.3、No.712和No.797藻液的虾青素含量无显著差异 ,分别为 2 .15、2 .77和 2 .45mgL-1.图 1表 2参
Growth and responses to two astaxanthin-inducing factors, illumination and salt, were compared among three strains of Haematococcus pluvialis (strains No.3, No.712 and No.797). The growth rates of strains No.3, No.712 and No.797 were 0.128 d -1, 0.137 d -1 and 0.144 d -1, respectively. The additional high salt concentration of 4 g L -1 resulted in the decrease in cell numbers of the three strains, while different responses of cell numbers to low salt concentration of 2 g L -1 were observed different in different strains and under different illumination levels. The ratios of static cell significantly increased with addition of salt and under high illumination level (E=12 000 lx). Salt induced the astaxanthin accumulation in the three strains only under low illumination level (E=1 200 lx). On the contrary, salt decreased the astaxanthin accumulation in the three strains under high illumination level (E=12 000 lx). Without exogenous salt and under high illumination level, astraxanthin concentrations of strains No.3, No.712 and No.797 were not significantly different, and were 2.15, 2.77 and 2.45 mg L -1, respectively.
