摘要
区域航空市场作为中国运输航空市场的重要组成部分,在服务于区域航空旅客和带动区域经济发展方面发挥着不可替代的作用。以西南地区航空市场为例,以供需均衡为目标,通过研究区域航空客运运力规划问题,分析供需均衡理论及西南地区航空客运量变化趋势,提出以巩固策略规划西南地区航空市场客运运力,从总量规划、运力布局规划和运力结构规划3个方面研究西南地区航空市场客运运力均衡性规划问题。
Regional air market, as an important composition of air market in Chinese transportation, has irreplaceable role on serving regional air passengers and promoting regional economic development. Taking air market in southwest area as example, taking supply-demand balance as object, through studying the problems of passenger transport capacity planning in regional air, this paper analyzes the supply-demand balance theory and change trend of air passenger transport volume in southwest area. The paper puts forward that the passenger transport capacity of air market in southwest area could be planned by reinforcement strategy, and studies the problem of passenger transport capacity balance planning for air market in southwest area from 3 aspects such as total volume planning, distribution planning of transport capacity and structure planning of transport capacity.
