摘要
分别于2011年5和10月对乳山湾及邻近海域进行2个航次的调查,共采集到桡足类28种,其中春季22种,秋季20种。主要优势种为小拟哲水蚤、克氏纺锤水蚤、双刺纺锤水蚤、拟长腹剑水蚤和强额拟哲水蚤等。春季桡足类平均丰度为13 967.19ind/m3,秋季为12 044.52ind/m3,春季航次浮游动物丰度平面分布呈现以湾口为低值中心同时向湾内和湾外递增的趋势,秋季则呈现以乳山湾西流区为高值中心向四周逐渐递减的趋势。调查海区春季多样性指数H′平均值为2.156,秋季为2.122,该指数在春季航次与盐度呈现显著的负相关,在秋季,该指数则与温度和盐度呈现显著的正相关。在两个季节中香农威纳指数与浮游植物密度的相关性均不显著。研究表明,调查海域桡足类多为适应低盐环境的生态类群,其平面分布深受水环境条件的影响,整体呈现出季节性和地域性的双重差异。
This study was based on the two cruises on May and October 2011 acquisitioned in the ma- rine investigation of two times in the Rushan Bay and adjacent area. In the study 28 species were identi- fied, including 22 species in spring and 20 in autumn. And Paracalanus parvus, Acartia clausi, A. bi- filosa, Oithona similis and P. crassirostris were the dominate species in the survey. The abundance of copepods was 13 967.19 ind/m3in spring and 12 044. 52 ind/m3 in autumn. According to the horizontal distribution of copepods, the abundance gradually increased from the mouth of the bay to the inner area and offshore in spring, which increased from western part of the bay to the other parts in autumn. The average of Shannon-Wiener index in spring was 2. 156 and the value was 2. 122 in autumn. In spring the Shannon-Wiener index showed evidently negative correlation with the salinity, which were correlated ac- tively with salinity and temperature in autumn. However, there was no evident correlation between the abundance of the phytoplankton and the Shannon-Wiener index in both two seasons. Most species were adapted to the low salt environment in the area, because of the differences of the seasons and the areas, the variable environmental factors made the horizontal distribution of copepods community very differ- ent.
