摘要
根据飞机形变测量与分析的需求,利用光笔、全站仪等测量设备设计了一套安全、可靠的高精度测量系统。从工程应用着手,提出了一种新的高精度测量方法及测点转换模型,并通过对实物的测量和测试结果分析,验证了方法的可行性与测量精度。利用该测量方法已完成了多架次飞机静态形变测量标定,该测量方法在其他型号试飞中也可应用,具有广阔的应用前景。
A safe and reliable measurement scheme is designed for deformation of airplane according to the re- quirements of measurement and analysis. The measurement system is made up of measurement lightpen, total station positioning, etc. A new high-precision measurement and measured dots transformation model are given for the engineering application. At last, the feasibility and measurement accuracy are validated through the real objects measurement and the analysis on the test results. The scheme has completed static deformation meas- urement calibration of airplanes, which can apply to the same type of flight test, and has a broad application prospect.
