摘要
飞机强度试飞中,机体形变测量结果是判别其是否为危及飞行安全、有碍操纵等有害永久形变的依据。根据全站仪测量定位原理,采用同名点多视站数据拼接方法,基于徕卡全站仪GeoCOM接口技术,提出了一种基于全站仪进行机体受载形变实时测量方法。实践证明,此方法不但保证了数据精度,还能实时给出形变分析结果,大大提高了工作效率,对今后全站仪在机体测量中的研究具有重要的指导意义。
During the intensity test of flight-testing,the results of deformation measurement is the base to evaluating whether it is risky for aviation and impedimental for control or not.This pater present a real-time method of deformation measurement based on the interface technology of GeoCOM,according to the theory of total station position and the method of data combination by excessive stations.Practice had proved that the method not only ensured data accuracy,provided deformation results and improved the work efficently,but also had important guiding significance for the study of the measurement of plane based on TPS(Total Position Station) in the future.
