摘要
利用H_2和O_2直接生产H_2O_2的工艺与其下游制备高附加值含氧有机化学品的工艺相耦合的一步法工艺,是新一代极具竞争力的烃类选择性氧化工艺,其核心为多孔双功能钛硅催化剂。设计并合成出了用于一步法工艺且性能优异的多孔双功能钛硅新材料RN-1,并对所合成的样品进行了物化性质和结构的分析表征以及催化性能评价。结果表明,RN--1的晶粒为多孔结构,同时具有微孔和介孔甚至大孔;含有一定量的Pd金属组分且高度分散,含有的Ti绝大部分以骨架Ti的形式存在;RN-1的催化氧化性能优异,在催化以丙烯与H_2和O_2直接环氧化反应中,目标产物环氧丙烷的选择性达到94.5%。
It is attractive to prepare the high-value chemicals by oxidation of reactants coupled with the direct synthesis of H202 from H2 and 02 in one reaction zone (one-pot process), in which the catalyst is the key point. A new hierarchical porous dual-functional titanosilicate (denoted as RN-1) for the one-pot process was designed and prepared. RN-1 and the TS-1 for comparison were characterized by various techniques, and their catalytic oxidation performances in the epoxidation of propylene hy 02 with the presence of H2 (one-pot process) were also investigated. The results showed that RN-1 particle possessed hierarchical pores, which were micropores, mesopores and even macropores, and certain amount of high dispersed metal Pd. The Ti element in RN-1 was mainly in framework. RN-1 is an excellent catalyst for the direct production of propylene oxide (PO) with PO selectivity of 94.5%.
