摘要
针对基于过氧化氢的丙烯环氧化制备环氧丙烷(HPPO)工艺中试装置中钛硅催化剂的失活问题,对失活后的钛硅催化剂进行了再生研究,采用XRF、XRD、XPS、IR、Py-IR、TG、DTA方法对失活及再生前后的催化剂进行了分析表征。结果表明,反应过程中钛硅催化剂的孔道发生部分堵孔,导致活性有所下降,是其失活的主要原因。催化剂器内低温再生技术和焙烧再生技术效果相当,可以满足中试或工业化试验的要求。
In order to understand the deactivation of catalyst in pilot process of propylene oxide preparation process from propylene with hydrogen peroxide (HPPO),the deactivation and regeneration of the catalyst (hollow titanium silicalite,HTS) were investigated thoroughly.The inactivated HTS was characterized by XRF,XRD,XPS,IR,Py-IR,TG,DTA techniques,and the reason of deactivation was studied in detail.The results showed that the partly block of the pores in HTS was the main reason of deactivation.The catalyst regenerated by low temperature regenerating method had almost the same catalytic performance as that by calcination method,and may be applied in pilot and industrial process.
