双台河口国家级自然保护区芦苇叶面积指数遥感反演与空间格局分析 被引量:9

Remote Sensing Retrieval and Spatial Pattern Analysis of Leaf Area Index of Phragmites australis in Shuangtai Estuary National Nature Reserve

摘要 应用Landsat7ETM+遥感数据与同期野外实测叶面积指数(LAI)数据,基于多季相遥感影像,用面向对象的分类方法,提取双台河口国家级自然保护区芦苇分布数据,建立芦苇LAI最优估算模型,并进行其遥感反演及空间格局分析。研究结果表明,2012年,双台河口国家级自然保护区内芦苇总面积为38200hm2,占保护区总面积的29.5%,其中,缓冲区的芦苇面积为16200hm2,实验区的芦苇面积为11900hm2,核心区芦苇面积为10100hm2;以遥感影像缨帽变换(TC)后的绿度(GREEN)分量、ETM+第5波段饵;)和第3波段饵,)为白变量的多元线性模型为芦苇LAI反演的最优估算模型(p〈0.01,R2=0.741)。双台河口国家级自然保护区芦苇LAI介于0.12~5.85之间,呈现东高、西低和北高、南低的分布格局;保护区核心区的芦苇LAI最均一,实验区的芦苇LAI空间变化最明显。 The object-oriented classification method was used to extract information of Phragmites australis in the Shuangtai Estuary National Nature Reserve in this study. Based on Landsat7 ETM+ images and synchro- nous ground-measured leaf area index (LAI) data, an optimal estimation model was developed to inverse the LAI of Phragrnites australis in the study area. To obtain more knowledge about the situation of Phragmites aus- tralis in the reserve, remote sensing inversion and spatial pattern analysis of LAI for Phragmites australis were also conducted. Results showed that the estimated area of Phragmites australis was 38 200 ha, accounting for 29.5 % of the Shuangtai Estuary National Nature Reserve. The estimated area of Phragmites australis in the buffer area, experimental area and core area was 16 200 ha, 11 900 ha and 10 100 ha, respectively. The best LAI estimation model for Phragmites australis was multivariate linear model with the independent variables of band 3 (B3), band 5 (Bs), GREEN (p〈0.01, R2= 0.741). LAI ofPhragmites australis in the reserve was between 0.12 and 5.85 and its distribution was significantly different, which was larger in the eastern and northern parts and smaller in the western and southern parts. The statistics of LAI also showed that there' re smaller changes in the core area, while more significant in the experimental area.
