摘要
随着校本研修在中学的广泛推行,校本研修已经成为教师提高专业水平的重要途径和方式。根据农村地区英语教师校本研修的现状以及存在的问题,探讨"区域联动式"校本研修模式的具体实施策略,以期能对当前校本研修工作者提供借鉴。
With the widespread promotion of school-based teaching research and training, it has been the more important means of improving professional standard of the middle school English teach- ers. The specific implementation of the strategy will be probed to provide experience and lesson for the workers on the school-based teaching research and training according to the current situation and exist- ing problems in the teaching process.
