摘要
针对铝合金紫铜衬垫单面焊双面成型焊接工艺的缺点,提出采用柔性粘贴式陶瓷衬垫代替紫铜衬垫。以铝合金5083为例,验证铝合金熔化极氩弧焊陶瓷衬垫单面焊双面成型焊接工艺的可行性,获得了铝合金熔化极氩弧焊陶瓷衬垫单面焊双面成型焊接条件及工艺要点。
In view of the disadvantages of copper backing single-side welding double-side forming welding technology for aluminum alloy, the flexible stick-on ceramics backing was proposed to replace the copper backing. Taking aluminum alloy 5803 as an example. MIG welding ceramics backing single-side welding double-side forming welding technology for aluminum alloy was carried out to verify the ceramics backing feasibility, and then the welding conditions and process parameters were obtained.
