摘要
通过研究高锰酸钾添加量的改变、温度的改变、pH值的改变对脱硫脱硝效率的影响,得出最佳脱硫脱硝条件:温度为70℃,pH=7,尿素质量分数为5%,高锰酸钾的添加量为0.2g/L。实验表明,尿素湿法添加高锰酸钾不仅具有良好的脱硫脱硝效率,工艺流程成熟,投资节省,运转费用低,保证较好的经济效益,所产生的副产品较少,而且容易实现安全处理,是较理想的联合脱硫脱硝方法。
By studying the changes in the amount of added potassium permanganate, the themperature change, pH change, the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification, this thesis comes to an conclusion. When the temperature is 70 ℃, pH is 7, u- rea density is 5 , the adding amount of potassium permanganate is 0.2 g/L, the best desulfurization and denitration conditions are presented. Experiments show that urea wet added with potassium permanganate not only has good efficiency of desulfuriza- tion and denitration, mature tehcnological process, but also saves investment and running costs, ensures good economic bene- fits, reduces by-product, and easily realizes safe handling. Therefore, it is the ideal joint desulfurization denitration method.
