Direct Synthesis of Ethylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether by Composite Catalyst AlCl_3/( NH_4)_2HPO_4

摘要 开发了非石油路线法合成乙二醇单甲醚的新工艺,即以煤制乙二醇为原料和甲醇直接法合成乙二醇单甲醚。以AlCl3/(NH4)2HPO4做复合催化剂,考察了AlCl3/(NH4)2HPO4复合催化剂不同比例、催化剂的用量、反应温度、压力、时间等因素对反应的影响。确定适宜条件为AlCl3/(NH4)2HPO4复合催化剂的质量比为1∶2.5,催化剂的质量占乙二醇质量的4%,乙二醇/甲醇物质的量比为1∶4,反应温度260℃,反应时间4 h,反应压力7 MPa,此时乙二醇转化率为39%,乙二醇单甲醚选择性84%,乙二醇单甲醚收率32%。并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。 The non - oil route process for synthesis of Ethylene glycol monomethyl ether are developed, which takes ethylene glycol from coal and methanol as the raw materials. A1C13/(NH4) 2HPO4 as compos- ite catalyst, the effects of different proportion of the catalyst, reaction temperature, pressure, time on the yield of the product are studied. The results show that the best catalytic performance is the mass ratio of A1C13 and ( NH4 ) 2HPO4 is 1 : 2.5, dosage of catalyst is 4% of ethylene glycol, the mole ratio of ethylene glycol and methanol is 1 : 4, temperature is 270 ℃, pressure is 7 MPa, reaction time is 4 hours, conversion of ethylene glycol is 37%, selectivity of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether is 82%, the yield of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether is 30%. The reaction mechanism is preliminary discussion.
