层柱稀土固体酸催化甲醇和环氧乙烷醚化反应 被引量:1

Catalytic Behaviors of Pillared Rare Earth Solid Acid Etherification of Methanol with Ethylene Oxide

摘要 全面系统地考察了在层柱稀土固体酸催化剂上甲醇和环氧乙烷醚化反应.结果发现:层柱稀土固体酸催化剂具有较高的催化反应活性和较窄的分子量分布,对金属基本无腐蚀,具有环境友好特色;实验结果表明:间歇釜式反应器工艺生产乙二醇甲醚适宜操作条件是:醚化反应温度45~65 ℃,压力<0.3 MPa,加料比甲醇∶环氧乙烷=1∶1(质量比).在此条件下,环氧乙烷转化率接近100%,甲醇转化率70.5%,乙二醇甲醚在产物中分布50%,产率70.2%,选择性70.1%,副产物(双醚)在产物中分布1.6%,确立了最佳工艺参数. Etherification of methanol with ethylene oxide(EO) was investigated systematically on the pillared rare earth solid acid catalyst.The results obtained show that pillared rare earth catalyst has higher catalytic activities and narrow molecular weight distribution,and does not corrode metal,which makes it environmental friendly.Based on the experimental results,the suitable operating condition of intermittent reactor is presented as follows: reaction temperature is 45~65 ℃,operational pressure is <0.3 MPa and mass ratio(MeOH/EO) is 1.Under this condition,the conversion of EO is 100%,conversion of methanol 70.5%,distribution of 2-methoxyethanol with respect to the products is about 49.6%(mass fraction),selectivity 70.1%,by-products 1.6%(double ether) and yield of 2-methoxyethanol 70.2%.The best technology parameters are obtained.
