摘要
目的观察利多卡因联合复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法选择2011-06—2013-04我院收治的90例眩晕症患者,随机分为2组,每组45例。对照组给予天麻素、丁咯地尔、培他司叮等常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用利多卡因联合复方丹参注射液治疗。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组不良反应少。结论利多卡因联合复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕症临床效果明显,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lidocaine combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on patients with vertigo. Methods From August 2011 to August 2013,study was done on 90 patients with vertigo who were ran- domly divided into treatment （45cases） and control groups （45cases）. Gastrodin, Buflomedil and other conventional therapy were taken in the control group,on this basis , lidocaine combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection was adopted in the treatment group. Results the cure rate and the total efficiency of treatment group were better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the clinical effect of lidocaine combined with com- pound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on patients with vertigo was obvious, There is good application value in treatment of patients with vertigo.
