摘要
目的探讨分析天麻素联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急诊眩晕的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的112例急诊眩晕患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予天麻素治疗,观察组给予天麻素联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗。对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对急诊眩晕患者给予天麻素联合马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗,短时间内改善了患者的临床症状,提高了临床治疗有效率,且安全性较强。
Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of emergency vertigo.Methods A total of 112 emergency vertigo patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group.The control group was given gastrodin treatment,and the observation group was given gastrodin combined with maleic acid.Cinepazide treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of clinical symptom relief was shorter than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin combined with cinepazide maleate in patients with emergency vertigo can improve the clinical symptoms of patients in a short period of time,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,and have strong safety and high clinical value.
