摘要
为合理开发和有效保护地下水资源,在北京地区开展了地下水功能区划方法研究。将层次分析法作为地下水功能区划的评价方法,根据地下水开发利用的特点,选择地下水的更新能力、防污性能、富水性分区、水质分区、水源保护区以及土地利用分区为评价指标,并综合专家意见确定评价指标的权重,将北京市划分为生态涵养区、开发利用区、控制限采区和限制储备区4个一级功能区及35个二级功能区,划分结果符合当地地下水管理和保护的实际情况。
In order to exploit groundwater reasonably and protect water resources efficiently, this study was designed to carry on research of demar- cation method of groundwater function division in typical region of Beijing. The hierarchical analysis method was used in this study. Based on the characteristics in exploiting and utilizing groundwater, this study choose to utilize the renewability, antifouling performance, function division of wa- ter-abundance, function division of groundwater quality, groundwater protection Zone, and the planning function division of land use as the evalua- tion indicator. With evaluation from experts, we got preferable values of the weight factor for each of these six evaluation indicators. The typical are- a was then divided into four first level function divisions, which included ecological conservation division, exploitation and utilization division, re- strictive exploitation division, and restrictive reserve division, and 35 second level divisions, This demarcation method conformed to the local situa- tion in groundwater management and protection.
