摘要
采用液态粉煤灰作为路基填筑材料,与其他细颗粒土相比具有质量轻、强度高、工期短等优点.粉煤灰工程性质与含水量关系密切,结合液态粉煤灰材料性能验证试验,分析了含水量的变化对液态粉煤灰混合料的和易性、干缩性以及抗压强度的影响.通过对试验数据的总结、分析,得出液态粉煤灰各项性能参数达到最佳的含水量区间为70%~75%.
Using liquid fly ash as filling materials in the project can be lighter in weight with higher strength and shorter construction period compared with the general fine grained soil. Its engineering property is closely related to the water content. In combination with the indoor tests made on fly ash, the influence of the fly ash mixture workability, shrinkage and compressive strength made by the change of water content are analyzed. We conclude that the optimal water content range which makes the liquid fly ash reach the best performance is 70 % - 75 % after our analysis of the test data.
