摘要
本文为探讨中药岗梅根化学成份的定性鉴别方法,用各种溶剂对岗梅根所含化学成份进行分离、预试。结果表明:岗梅根所含生物硷可能是其主要有效成份。同时对岗梅根所含生物硷进行提取,并对其氯仿液进行薄层层析、纸电泳分析和荧光分析。认为在对生药岗梅根化学成分进行分离、预试的基础上,采用薄层层析、电泳和荧光分析技术对生药岗梅根进行定性鉴别,结果比较准确,且适合我国国情。
Radix Ilicis Asprellae was used as the sample to prove into the qualitative identification methods by scanning the cnmponents of the crude drug with chemical reagents and in the light of its characteristics and actions with the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
