摘要
目的建立岗梅药材中坡模酸的含量测定方法,测定不同产地岗梅中坡模酸的含量。方法色谱柱为WatersXTerra C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水(72∶28),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:室温,检测波长为205 nm。结果坡模酸的进样量在0.642~6.42μg(r=0.9992)范围内与各自峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.1%。不同产地岗梅根中坡模酸的含量在0.23~0.59%范围内,岗梅茎中坡模酸的含量在0.011~0.14%范围内。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于岗梅的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of pomolic acid in Ilex asprella(Hook.et Arn.) Champ.ex Benth.from different growing areas.Methods HPLC was performed on WatersXTerra C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at room temperature,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution(72 ∶ 28) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 205 nm.Results The calibration crurves of pomolic acid was in good linearity in the range of 0.642~6.42 μg(r=0.9992),the average recovery was 99.1 %.The content of pomolic acid in the roots of Ilex asprella from different growing areas was in the range of 0.23%~0.59 %,and was in the range of 0.011 %~0.14 % in the stems of Ilex asprella.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Ilex asprella.
