摘要
运用2002—2010年北京市投入产出表(或延长表),对北京市研发业投入产出结构与产业关联效应进行分析。研究认为,从产业规模看,与城市功能和承载使命相比,北京市研发业还有较大的发展空间;从投入结构看,增加值相对不高,盈利能力相对不强;从产出结构看,产业外向性和辐射性持续提高,总产出与总使用的缺口明显扩大;从产业关联看,与各经济部门的产业关联水平相对不高,对上游产业的拉动能力明显小于对下游产业的推动能力,而且差距有扩大趋势。
Using Beijing Input-Output tables of 2002-2010, this paper aims to analyze input-output structure and industrial link-age of R＆amp;D industry in Beijing. Studies show that from the standpoint of industrial scale, this industry has a broader development space relative to city function and its mission undertaken. From the standpoint of input structure, the industrial added value is relative not so high, and profitability is not strong. From the standpoint of output structure, the industry extroversion and radiation have steadily in-creased, and it signals a significant broadening of total output and total utility. From the standpoint of industrial linkage, it has compar-atively not strong relation with other industry sectors. It has lower effect on the upstream industries than downstream industries, and the gap is widening.
