摘要
从军工企业和民用企业的微观层面出发,在有限理性前提条件下,借助演化博弈理论和随机博弈Petri网,构建了军民融合资源共享随机演化博弈模型,模型由资源共享枝、不共享枝和单方共享枝构成.同时,通过该模型对军民融合资源共享动态演化过程进行模型化表示和探究,发现了影响军民融合资源共享的关键制约因素.为了更好地实现军民融合资源共享,达到资源的合理配置,避免资源的浪费和重复建设,应尽可能地减少军民融合资源投入成本,进一步扩大资源共享规模,提高双方资源共享的收益率,降低资源共享过程中机会主义风险系数.
Starting from the micro level of military and civilian enterprises and under the condition of the limited rational, there is a stochastic model based on the evolutionary game and stochastic Petri net about the sharing of resource in military and civilian in- tegration which is made from the sharing branch, share nothing branch and unilaterally sharing branch. At the same time, this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution process of civil-military integration resources sharing through the model, finding out the factors that restricted the civil-military integration resources sharing. There are some suggestions to realize the civil-military integration resources sharing and avoid the waste of resource and redundant construction, expanding the scale of resource sharing, improving the yield of the resource sharing and reducing the risk of opportunities in the process of resource sharing coefficient.
