摘要
针对定北区块提速钻井液技术需求,为确保钻井提速时,石千峰、上石盒子组地层的泥页岩井段井壁稳定,降低井下复杂情况,优选了聚胺抑制剂,形成了适合定北区块钻井提速的无固相聚胺钻井液体系,具有低密度、低固相、低黏切的特点。定北11及定北12井现场应用表明该钻井液具有良好的稳定井壁、防钻头泥包的作用,为钻井提速创造了良好的条件。在提速井段,定北11及定北12井较已钻同类型井机械钻速提高了32%。
In order to increase ROP and ensure the wellbore stability while drilling the shale wells interval of Shiqianfeng,Upper Shihezi formation and reduce the downhole complex situation,the polyamine inhibitor was optimized and the polyamine drilling fluid system with the property of low density,low solid phase,low viscosity was formed,which was suitable to the demand of increasing ROP for Dingbei block.The Field application results showed that the drilling fluid had good borehole stability and could prevent bit balling in Dingbei 11 well and Dingbei 12 well,which created good situation for increasing ROP.Compared with the same type well,the ROP of Dingbei 11 and Dingbei 12 well was increased 32.04%.
