摘要 目的探讨维生素K1注射液分别在5%葡萄糖、5%葡萄糖氯化钠输液中与酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸、卡络磺钠等3种临床常用药品配伍后,在避光与光照两种条件下的稳定性。方法观察维生素K1注射液分别在两种输液中与3种药品配伍后,室温下避光和光照6 h的外观性状并测定pH值,采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中维生素K1的含量。结果室温放置6 h,避光组溶液外观性状、pH值及维生素K1含量均无明显变化;光照组溶液的外观性状、pH值无明显变化,但维生素K1的含量明显下降。结论光照对各组配伍溶液维生素K1含量影响较大,在室温避光条件下,维生素K1注射液分别在以上两种输液中与3种药品配伍稳定性较好,在贮存、配制及临床使用中应加强避光管理。 Objective To investigate the stability of vitamin K1 in the compatibility of 5%glucose,5%glucose and sodium chloride injection with three kinds of drugs commonly used in clinic,i.e.etamsylate,aminomethylbenzoic acid,carbazochrome sodium sulfonate under two conditions of dark and and illumination.Methods The changes in pH value and external properties of the compatible solutions under il-lumination or away from light circumstance were observed within 6 hours at ambient temperature,and the contents of vitamin K1 were deter-mined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method.Results Within 6 hours at ambient temperature,external properties,pH value and content of vitamin K1 had no obvious changes in the avoid light processing solution;however,the amount of vitamin K1 decreased significantly in the illumination group.Conclusion In dark conditions,vitamin K1 injection in two kinds of transfusion compatibility with three kinds of drugs has better stability,so avoiding light management should be strengthened in the process of storage,preparation and clini-cal use of vitamin K1 .
