摘要
痿躄一词见于《素问·痿论篇》,今人对其含义见解不一,大多认为痿躄即是皮痿;痿躄指下肢不利。本文通过对《内经》相关篇章探析,比较痿、躄含义,并参考相关古籍医著,得出结论,痿躄是用于描述痿病表现为四肢不利的专有症状名词,并非仅限指下肢不利,与今之痿病含义范畴相同。皮痿乃五体痿之一,包括了多种临床表现,痿躄是其症状之一。痿躄与皮痿并非一词双名,二者含义层次不同。
The word limb flaccidity comes from＂Internal Medicine of the Yellow Emperor＂. But there are different views about its concept by many researchers. The meaning such as skin flaccidity or lower limb flaccidity can not be determined. Most of them consider limb flaccidity is skin flaccidity and limb flaccidity only means leg performance. In this article we have studied on the concept of limb flaccidity through its word meaning analysis and making inference to related ancient works. The result shows that limb flaccidity has its different meanings from which we have mentioned. Limb flaccidity is a technical term which means arms and legs function obstacle and is used to describe the clinical performance of flaccidity. Limb flaccidity is not only referred to legs function obstacle but also arms. It equals to today＇s flaccidity concept in Chinese medicine. Skin flaccidity means a kind of dieses and limb flaccidity is one of its syndromes. Limbs flaccidity and skin flaccidity are two different concepts,and they have different concept categories.
