摘要
将竹地板进行浸漆、浸漆+底漆、浸漆+底漆+面漆处理,比较不同漆处理对其耐水及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:仅对竹地板进行浸漆处理,板材的耐水性没有明显改善.而浸漆+底漆(+面漆)处理可以显著提高板材耐水性。在本试验范围内,浸漆+底漆+面漆处理的试样符合竹地板国家标准GB/T 20240—2006中关于"表面漆膜耐磨性"的规定。正常室内使用环境下,最初500转的磨耗量以浸漆+底漆+面漆处理材为最大,未漆处理材为最小;水浸处理使未油漆及仅浸漆处理材的耐磨性较大程度下降,而对浸漆+底漆(+面漆)处理材的耐磨性影响不大。
In this study the bamboo flooring of different paint treatment (soaking paint,soaking paint & prime paint,soaking paint and prime & finish paint) were employed,and their water and wear resistance were compared.The results show that the water resistance of bamboo flooring with only soaking paint processing exhibits little improvement,while that of soaking paint & prime paint (and finish paint) ones are improved significantly.For experimental wear test,the specimen with soaking paint and prime & finish paint treatment can meet the standard of Surface Film Wear Resistance in GB/T 20240-2006.In normal indoor environment,the wear loss within initial 500 revolutions meets its minimum for untreated specimen,and maximum for the opposite ones.Water soaking exerts adverse effect on the wear resistance of untreated panel and the ones treated with only soaking paint,while there is little influence on the other two kinds of treated panels.
