摘要
点阵金属夹芯结构是一种具有良好缓冲吸能特性的新型材料结构。为全面了解其在抗爆炸冲击方面的力学性能和在轻质装甲防护结构方面应用的潜力,介绍了新型点阵金属材料的基本概念;分析了点阵金属夹芯结构抗爆炸冲击过程的理论分析模型、夹芯结构的变形失效形式、抗爆吸能特性和相关影响因素;讨论并展望了点阵金属夹芯结构的发展趋势。
The metallic lattice sandwich structure is a new material framework with good capability for cushion and energy absorption. The goal of this review is to understand blast response of this structure and its potential for applying in light armor defensive system. For this reason, conception of new type lattice metallic material is introduced, the mode of blast response of metallic lattice sandwich structure subjected to explosion and shock loading is analysed, and the deflection and fracture pattern, explosion and shock resistance of this structure are investigated, and the trend for development of metallic lattice sandwich structure is also discussed.
