摘要
由于非球面光学元件具有优良的光学性能、紧凑的结构、低成本,其已被广泛使用于航天、航空、军事系统、通信、天文等诸多领域中。对非球面光学零件加工技术进行系统的归纳总结,并对非球面测量方法进行介绍,最后对非球面技术的发展趋势进行展望。
Because of its excellent optical performance, compact structure and low cost, aspheric optical element has been widely used in many domains such as aerospace, aviation, military system, communication, astronomy and so on. The manufacture technology of aspheric optical parts is summarized, and measurement methods of aspheric surface are introduced. The development trends of aspheric technology are finally summed up.
