摘要 讨论了用于测量镜面反射物体三维面形的各种光学技术。这些技术分为被动式测量和主动式测量两大类。被动式测量包括基于光度学的测量技术和基于镜面反射成分恢复面形技术。主动式测量主要是采用结构光技术测量镜面物体。同漫反射物体的三维测量技术相比,现有镜面物体三维测量技术的发展还不成熟,其技术研究已严重滞后于其需求的快速增长。文章可为深入研究镜面反射物体的三维测量技术提供有益的参考。 In this paper, different kinds of optical methods used for three-dimensional (3-D) shape measurement of specular reflection objects are discussed. They can be classified into two groups: passive measurement methods and active measurement methods. The former includes the methods base on photometric and shape from specularity. The latter makes use of the structured light technique. Compared to those for diffuse reflection objects, the existing 3-D measurement techniques for specular objects are not ripe and fall behind the urgent need. This article provides beneficial references for research and development of 3-D measurement methods for specular reflection objects.
