摘要
本文利用偏光显微镜、X-射线衍射仪和示差扫描量热计研究了PET/PC共混物的形态结构。结果表明,在PET/PC共混物中,PC含量在50%以下时,PC的晶粒与PET的球晶分别分散在非晶区中,当PC的含量在50%以上时,PET的晶粒与PC的晶粒分别分散在非晶区中,随着PC含量的增加,PET晶体的完整性被破坏,晶粒变小,结晶度下降,熔点降低。
In this paper, the morphologic structures of Poly(ethylene terephthalate) /Polycarbonate (PET/PC) blends have been studied by Polarization microscope, X-ray diffractometer and Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The experamental results show that in the blends of PET/PC, when the contents of PC below 50%, the crystal particals of PC and spherical crystals of PET are dispersed in amorphors phase independently. When the contents of PC above 50%, the spherical crystals of PET are changed to crystal particals with the increas of contents of PC, the regularity of PET crystals is destructured, the size of crystal partical and the degree of crystallinity deereased and the melting point depressed.
