摘要
针对麻家梁矿箕斗装载硐室的破坏特点,本文分析了注浆锚索及混凝土结构补强相结合的加固方法来控制硐室围岩应力及变形的机理,认为注浆锚索能改善围岩的结构与强度,而结构补强能提高支护体的承载能力;提出了注浆锚索及结构补强相结合的加固方案,并利用数值模拟及位移监测的方法进行了论证。结果表明:注浆锚索及结构补强相结合的加固方案显著减小了硐室的应力及变形,保证了硐室的安全使用。
Based on the damage characteristics of skip loading chamber of Majialiang coal mine, the paper analyzed the mechanism of the method combined grouting anchor cable with concrete structure reinforcement applied to control the deformation and stress of the wall rock, and believed that grouting anchor cable can improve the structure and strength of rock and concrete structure reinforcement can improve the bearing capacity of the support. At the same time, the paper proposed a reinforcement scheme combined grouting anchor cable with concrete structure reinforcement, and the reinforcement scheme was demonstrated by the method of numerical simulation and displacement monitoring. The results showed that the reinforcement scheme combined grouting anchor cable with concrete structure reinforcement evidently reduced the stress and deformation of the chamber, and kept the chamber in safely used.
