摘要
天然水体中溶解性有机质(DOM)的降解作用对于DOM和重金属的相互作用具有显著影响。通过模拟紫外光照射条件和微生物降解条件,研究了这两种降解过程中DOM性状变化及对重金属Cu形态的影响。结果表明:在紫外光照射条件下,Cu的存在会促进紫外光对DOM的降解,而且自由态Cu的含量快速降低,然后又出现上升趋势;而在微生物降解条件下Cu会抑制DOM的降解,而自由态Cu的含量一直呈现为缓慢的降低趋势。分析原因可能是,紫外光照条件下,Cu离子起到了传递电子的作用,而避光条件下,Cu抑制了微生物的生长。
Degradation of dissolved organic matters (DOMs) in natural water has a significant impact on the interreaction between DOMs and heavy metals. Through the simulation of ultraviolet irradiation and microbial degradation, the changes of DOM properties and the effects on the speices of Cu in the above two simulation processes were studied. The results indicated that's under the UV irradiation, the presence of Cu could promote the ultraviolet degradation of DOMs; the content of free Cu declined rapidly first, and then presented an increasing trend. However, under the microbial action conditions, the presence of Cu could restrain the DOM degradation and the content of free Cu showed a continuously and slowly decreasing trend. This may be attributed to that Cu ions perform as an electron transfer under ultraviolet irradiation, and Cu inhibit the growth of microorganisms in dark conditions.
